WCAT Welcomes New Vice-Chair

We would like to welcome Yanis Khiari as Vice-Chairperson of WCAT effective August 22, 2023, and congratulate Bernard T. LeBlanc and Trisha Perry on their reappointments, also effective August 22, 2023.
